***If you are Jana's patient, please sign the Authorization to Release your child's chart to Alive and Well, so that she can continue communicating with you via the Alive and Well portal. Scheduling will be done through the Alive and Well portal as well***
Please make note of the following before sending any messages:
1. This is NOT an emergency portal. If your child has an emergent situation, please contact his/her PCP or go to the nearest ER. If your child is sick and needs to be seen for an acute illness, please contact his/her pediatrician.
2. We receive hundreds of portal messages per week and cannot answers these immediately. Please be mindful of how many messages you are sending.
3. Our regular business hours are 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Thursday.
